Max Factor Kohl Pencil Eyeliner is firm enough for elegant definition, yet soft enough for a sophisticated, smudgy smoky eye. This soft, easy-to-blend pencil takes seconds to apply and gives you an instant shot of glamour.
Formula
Ultra soft pencil is gentle on delicate eye area but firm enough to create eye-defining shape.
Make-up Artist Tips
To apply the eyeliner look down and gently stretch your outer eye area with your index finger. Apply using soft strokes along your lash line. Use the kohl on its own with lashings of mascara for perfectly defined eyes. You can also use it over an eye shadow for a soft look and under it to deepen the shadow colour. Blend using a cotton bud or liner brush for a softer or smokier look.
**Colors may slightly vary in physical due to lighting and photographic shades.
